Returns Policy

Right to cancel or refund

 

Customers have a period of 14 days from the day they receive the goods, to notify Ktechs should they wish to cancel or return an item. Once Ktechs have been notified,  customers then have a further 14 days to send the goods back at their own cost.

If items are not in stock and require a special order there may be a restocking charge if returned. If this is going to be the case, we will contact the customer and we will not ship goods until we have an agreement that this is acceptable.

Ktechs must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If the goods are damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team on 01698 260 442 who will process the claim for you, and they will supply you with a replacement where possible.

If returning an item due to a fault, some manufacturers will require the pump to be sent directly to them to determine if the fault was caused by a manufacturing defect or by incorrect installation*. If the item’s fault was caused by an installation fault, a refund will not be offered. If the fault was due to a manufacturing fault, a full refund or replacement will be provided. A full pump report will be provided upon request.

*Please note that ALL Domestic Sanitary Macerators cannot be returned to Ktechs due to the nature of the product.

These will not be accepted for delivery and will be sent back to the sender. If a macerator is faulty, please call our customer service team on 01698 260 442 before uninstalling for further instructions.
